The Sales & Distribution Core module supports all the aspects of selling diamonds, including export and import transactions and automatic financial management. It ensures on-going communications between the Sales & Distribution Module and the main stock file on one hand and the general ledger on the other. This contributes to an up-to-date stock card and fully complete financials.
All transactions in the Sales & Distribution Core module are conducted by means of forms such as memo documents, invoices and credit notes. One of the most distinctive features of the Sales & Distribution Core module is its highly flexible document generating capability. The user can customize his own documents to his particular requirements. The amount of data to be entered for each document and the amount of information to be provided, can be defined as required. These flexible design facilities mean that document printouts can be adapted to existing forms.
