The Diamond Stock Management is the ideal way to manage your diamond inventory such as Solitaire, Loose Diamonds, Diamonds Parcels etc. Manage records with rich pictures of diamonds with GIA, IGI etc Certificates.
With web-based User Interface and secured login enables you to access diamond stock from anywhere and at anytime. Optionally you can showcase your company's diamonds on your website and software can be configured to run offline from your laptop of PC that is without the Internet connectivity and still you can access the stock.
Software gets its results directly from your Master database, so as you add, remove or change the description of items in Master database, the changes are automatically reflected on your User Interface. Configure diamond search to show everything in stock, or only the select items you choose to show.
If website mode is enabled then Customers on your website will be able to search your diamond inventory by stone shape, carat weight, price, color (white and fancies), clarity and grading lab to find exactly what they're looking for.
Advanced pricing control allows you to select prices to show in your diamond search results. From there, you can apply additional markups or discounts to different size ranges or the entire inventory. Diamond search can also be configured to show Rapaport prices, price per carat, retail price per stone, or no prices at all.
The look and feel of diamond search is fully customizable. Optionally, this can be used to have separate wholesale and retail website, or to sell your merchandise through affiliate websites.
